Azusa Street Productions have many years experience in film production of both documentary and feature films. We produced the popular TV documentary films; The Wedding Gift and I’m painting some imagination. The feature documentary film Never Give Up Son follows the lives of three former criminals and their fight to establish a new life on the right side of the law. The film received critical acclaim upon its release and became a huge success in Latvia, and has since established widespread distribution in the USA, where it is now available on loan from American libraries!
The short film Flashback is now highly topical, as this film portrays a young woman’s thoughts after she has encountered a flasher. This film has been screened at many film festivals, and has won several prizes, as well as being shown on both Swedish and Russian television. The feature films of Azusa Street Productions are often characterized by a combination of humour and watchful and precise directing.
